i’ll always remember Carewell as a kind of miracle for our dad. he was anxious, confused and even aggressive before. once he got here, everything shifted. the team made him feel safe. he had real naps again - with someone nearby in case he fell. there were parties, little trips, and even just fresh air by the pool. he couldn’t join in fully, but you could tell he liked it.
he arrived overmedicated and nearly lost a toe - but with just daily foot baths and actual care, he was walking again. skin looked better too - and his hair, omg, that fluffy grandpa hair was back.
this wasn’t just care - it was a life. he had space to just be himself. honestly, it changed our lives too. it felt weird to fly him overseas, but no regrets. he lived again. if anyone wants to talk - get in touch with the team. -

we visited this care place twice while on vacation and dropped in to see a friend staying there. right from the start, we felt welcome. they showed us around - and honestly, it’s nothing like a “care home” we’d known before. the whole thing felt more like a 5-star resort with real, loving support where needed.
super professional and caring at the same time - really impressive. can only recommend it. -

my dad passed on a Sunday - he wasn’t even staying at Carewell, just mom. but still, they handled everything so gently. the cremation was this morning, and staff plus some guests even joined. flowers, care, the whole vibe - so respectful.
i couldn’t be there in person, but knowing he didn’t go alone means everything. can’t thank them enough. having mom at Carewell has been the best choice we made for her. really. thanks to everyone from the bottom of my heart.
