For the Chaengwattana branch - care for seniors was really good and we were super happy. Staff numbers felt just right - not like other places where it’s wayyy too few. Tasks were well divided - no random staff floating around every activity just to cut costs. There were activities almost every day to keep residents from just laying in bed. Place was fresh - no gross smells at all, unlike some other centers. Loved the nice, clean vibe around the area too. There’s even exercise spots for arms and legs! Daily updates sent through Line chat - so we always knew what was happening. if we asked for any changes, they handled it fast. Really hope they keep up these standards. Feeling impressed!

Best healthcare for seniors hands down. place felt welcoming and the overall service was just spot on. They really make sure everything is handled properly - a rare find nowadays. Deff would recommend to others needing good care.

They made the place look way nicer, but honestly, service didn’t match what they advertised. Meals weren’t really planned with health conditions in mind - felt like there should be a nutritionist but nope. Had to argue a lot with the manager until higher ups stepped in. If they fix that, it could be a great plcae - but right now it’s kinda hit or miss.
